Renjo Pass Gokyo Trek

Gokyo Renjola Pass Trek is a popular high Himalaya pass trek in Nepal, Sagarmatha National Park, a Khumbu region of Nepal, The highest elevation gain is 5360m from sea level. The pass is done with proper necessary trekking gears. Views from the pass and along the way are the most rewarding of this short high pass trek. From the hub center of Khumbu region, Namche Bazar, the trek head towards north to Thame valley, home of Tenzing Norgay Sherpa, the first summit of Mount Everest and trade route of Sherpa and Tibetan before a decade. You will be trekking on the Shadow of Mount Kongde range with Nangpa peak, Tigi Righi Tau toward Lungde before Gokyo valley.
 Gokyo Renjola Pass Trek rewards with sherpa lifestyle, culture, and Monastery, you will be fascinated by the Mount Everest view stretching east to west with Gokyo lake 4790m, Mount Cho-Oyu 8201m, Mount Makalu 8481m and  Mount Lhotse 8516m, the top highest mountains of the world. This trip also offers beautiful Nepal trekking peaks newly scaled and still virgin Peaks, biggest glaciers, glaciated lakes unique wild habitat and farmhouse of the region. Similarly, Rhododendron forest, musk deer, Himalayan pheasant are other highlights. The red panda, the snow leopard is the rare species spotted in this trek.  During the Renjola Pass Trek, we can see the Gokyo Lake. In this lake, the golden duck is found. Golden means not a real golden but the color of duck is in golden so, we call it a golden duck. The visitor can see the way of golden duck flying and can listen to the sound they produce.
 The trek is best suitable during spring (April, May), autumn (October, November) of the season. If you plan to travel close to Everest base camp, we recommend Chola Pass trek to explore, challenge and experience in greater heights.
